Golden Eagle appoints Roza Permana president director

IDX-listed mining firm PT Golden Energy Tbk announced on Thursday the appointment of Roza Permana Putra as President Director during the shareholders? meeting on Thursday.

Hendra Surya, former President Director, was appointed Chief Commissioner. Meanwhile, Chrismasari Dewi Sudono, former Corporate Secretary, was appointed a director replacing Abed Nego who has resigned.

Following are the Boards of Directors and Commissioners:

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Hendra Surya ? President Commissioner
Darjoto Setyawan ? Commissioner
Bambang Setiawan ? Independent Commissioner
Bekto Suprapto ? Independent Commissioner
Harry Wiguna ? Independent Commissioner.

The shareholders? meeting also decided to reallocate the proceeds from its limited offering amounting to Rp 50 billion for the firm?s operating expenditure in South Sumatra. Initially, it was allocated to develop the firm?s business. This is because the firm?s subsidiary PT Triaryani has gained access to the hauling road and port in the province, which will enable it to increase production throughout the year.

Roza said at present, the firm is focused on the domestic market. Last year, the firm sold 400,000 tons of coal, twice the amount of the previous year. Last year?s revenue reached Rp 28.9 billion, up 222 percent from Rp 8.9 billion in the previous year.
