Golden Energy appoints new commissioner

IDX-listed mining firm PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk has appointed Irwandy Arif as independent commissioner to replace Agus Tagor who recently passed away.
The appointment of Irwandy was approved by shareholders during their extraordinary meeting on Tuesday.
Golden Energy has 38,165 sq km coal concessions scattered in South Kalimantan, Jambi, Central Kalimantan. The concessions hold 2 billion tons of resources and 700 million tons of reserves.
