IDX-listed coal mining firm PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk said Friday it has extended the maturity of loans, totaling US$75 million, given to three subsidiaries from mid this month to end of December of 2016.

The company said in a filing with the Indonesia Stock Exchange that the three subsidiaries, which each borrowed $25 million in 2012, include PT Berkat Nusantara Permai (BNP), PT Tanjung Belit Bara Utama (TBBI), and PT Karya Cemerlang Persada (KCP).

Golden Energy controls around 99 percent shares in each of the subsidiaries.
