Golden Energy lends subsidiary $10m

IDX-listed coal mining company PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk said that it signed on February 24 a US$10 million loan facility for its subsidiary PT Roundhill Capital Indonesia (RCI).
The company said in a filing with the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Wednesday that the loan is to help finance RCI?s working capital in relation to coal sell and purchase activities.
Golden Energy owns more than 99 percent of RCI.
