Golden Energy Mines accepts Aubry's resignation

IDX listed PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk has recently accepted the resignation of Aubry Gerard Pierre from his non-affiliated company director position, appointing Indradjaja Lazuardi as replacement.

The company announced the resignation at the shareholders' annual general meeting on June 12 and announced the new board of directors' composition, as follows:.
