Golden Energy Mines renames subsidiary

IDX-listed coal miner PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) has renamed its wholly-owned direct subsidiary GEMS Coal Resources Pte. Ltd (GEMSCR), based in Singapore, to PT GEMS Trading Resources Pte. Ltd.
The name change was a decision made during the GEMSCR extraordinary shareholders? meeting on Jan. 27, 2014 in view of the fact that the firm has been trading other commodities aside from coal, GEMS said in a statement on Tuesday.
GEMS set up GEMSCR in July 2012.
