Golden Energy Mines sets up new subsidiary

IDX-listed coal mining company PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk has set up a new subsidiary called PT Bumi Anugerah Semesta.
The company said in a statement to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Wednesday that the new subsidiary is engaged in trading and supply of gas.
Golden Energy Mines holds 99.99 percent shares in the new subsidiary, with the remainder held by PT Kuansing Inti Makmur.
