Golden Energy president tenders resignation

IDX-listed coal mining firm PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk announced Friday that its President Director Fuganto Widjaja has tendered his resignation.
The company said in a statement that Director Dwi Prasetyo Suseno and Commissioner Lanny have also submitted resignation letters.
The company said that Fuganto was first appointed as president director of the company on January 12, 2012, and reelected for a second term on June 20, 2016. Meanwhile, the other two officials assumed their current post on June 20, 2016.
Golden Energy said that it would hold an extraordinary shareholders meeting on November 25 to approve the resignation, and appoint successors.
