The consolidation is expected to position PT Pos Indonesia as the holding or anchor company, overseeing logistics-related subsidiaries including PT Semen Indonesia Logistik, PT Pupuk Indonesia Logistik and PT KAI Logistik.

Dony said the integration is expected to create a more effective and efficient business process while strengthening the competitiveness of state-owned logistics companies globally.

President Prabowo Subianto has also emphasized the importance of restructuring and rationalizing the number of state-owned enterprises to improve efficiency and global competitiveness.

The consolidation is part of a wider transformation program for state-owned enterprises aimed at streamlining operations and improving performance.
