Government revokes 161 IUPs

The Directorate General of Mineral and Coal at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has recently revoked 161 IUP mining business permits following recommendations made by the regents and governors.
This is the second batch of IUPs that have been revoked by the directorate, after revoking 178 IUPs during the first round due to various reasons including expiry, overlapping with other permits, and others.
