Government unveils tender for construction of small crude refinery in Maluku

The Directorate General of Oil and Gas at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources unveiled Thursday pre-qualification tender to select contractor for the construction of small-scale oil refinery in Cluster VIII (Maluku region).
The directorate general said in a tender announcement that qualified companies, individual or consortium, are invited to participate in the tender.
Scope of works include land acquisition, funding, engineering design, construction and operation of the small scale refinery, which will receive crude feedstock from the Oseil and Bula fields (production in 2015 about 3,700 bopd).
Registration process is scheduled on January 16-18, 2017 at the Migas Building, first floor, on Jalan HR Rasuna Said Kav B5, South Jakarta, 12910.
