Govt adds three more to Pertamina?s board

The government has added three more directors to state owned oil and gas firm PT Petamina?s board, bringing the board?s members to seven.

The three new appointees are are Syamsu Alam, Dwi Wahyu Waryoto and Rachmad Hardadi. All the three were Pertamin?s workers. Rachmad, for instance, was previously Operation Director of PT Badak NGL, a subsidiary of Pertamina, while Syamsu Alam once served as President Director of Pertamina EP.

The announcement was made on Monday by Minister of State Enterprises Rini Soemarno, who was accompanied by Minister of State Enterprises Sudirman Said.

Last month, the government appointed Dwi Soetjipto as Pertamina?s President Director, replacing Karen Agustiawan, and Ahmad Bambang, Yenni Andayani and Arief Budiman as directors.

Marketing and Retail Director Achmad Bambang
New Energy Director Yenny Andayani
Finance Director Arief Budiman
Upstream Director Samsu Alam
Human Resources Director Dwi Wahyu Waryoto
Processing Director Rachmad Hardadi.
