The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources said in a statement that the winners are committed to carry out 2D and 3D seismic survey and drilling exploration in the next three years with total investment amounted to US$163 million. Government would receive $17.25 million as signature bonus.
The ministry also said the contracts would be signed in December, along with the opening of 10 new exploration blocks tender. (godang)
