Govt delays fuel price increase

The government has decided to delay its plan of raising fuel price by 30 percent starting Friday.
Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Purnomo said on Thursday the delay was because the goverment had yet to complete a comprehensive study on the social and political impact of the policy.
"We will decide Friday when the fuel price increase will be effective," Purnomo told reporters.(Bodega)
