Govt dismisses Dwi as Pertamina president, appoints caretaker

The government dismissed on Friday Dwi Soetjipto from the post of president director of state-owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina.

As reported earlier today by this portal, Ahmad Bambang was also dismissed from the post of vice president director.

Pertamina President Commissioner Tanri Abeng said following the company?s shareholders meeting that Yenni Andayani, Director of Gas at the company, was named as acting president director.

He added that the newly-created post of vice president director has been dissolved from the company?s management structure. No further details were provided.
