Govt issues new export price reference for mining products

The Ministry of Trade has issued a ministerial regulation No.30/M-DAG/PER/6/2013 regarding the export price reference for mining products subject to export duty for the month of July.
According to a copy of the ministerial regulation, the price reference is determined based on the highest average selling price in international bourses, highest average Free On Board (FOB) price, highest average domestic price, or the highest average price in importing countries during the past month.
The new export price reference is valid from July 1-31, 2013.
