Govt opens 2014 1st bidding round

Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources announced on Wednesday the opening of 2014 first bidding round for exploration blocks.
According to the announcement, 5 blocks will be offered through regular bidding round, 6 blocks through direct proposal and 2 blocks requested by state oil and gas company PT Pertamina.

Bid submission is set at June-July for direct proposal bidding and October 2014 for regular bidding.
