Govt puts part of Antang?s shares on sale

Ministry of Finance through State Auction House KPKNL will auction 25 percent shares of coal mining firm PT.Antang Gunung Meratus (AGM) owned by Omar Putihrai.

An announcement posted by the ministry on Monday showed that the auction would take place in Jakarta March 24, 2009. The floor price for the 25 percent shares is US$21 million with deposit of $5 million.

State Auction House usually puts on sale assets confiscated by debtors which failed to pay debts they owed to the state.

AGM is a producing Coal Contract of Work holder with concession in South Kalimantan.(denny)
