Govt requires coal, mineral exporters to use LC

Ministry of Trade has issued regulation that requires all natural resources commodities exporters to use letter of credit (LC) in their transaction.

The regulation also requires proceed from the export be transferred to local banks.

According to the decree, the natural resources commodities include coal and minerals.(alex)
