Govt reshuffles Pertamina?s board of directors

The government has reshuffled some members of the board of directors of the state-owned oil and gas company Pertamina, as part of a regular change in the company?s top management.

In his letter issued on December 9, the Minister for State Enterprises Dahlan Iskan named M. Afdal Bahaudin, currently Finance Director, as Director for Investment Planning and Risk Management, replacing Ferederick ST Siahaan.

Pertamina?s spokesman M. Harun said that the Minister also named Andri T. Hidayat, currently Finance Director at Pertamina?s subsidiary Pertamina EP, as Finance Director, replacing M. Afdal. Other members of the board of directors remain the same. (godang/giok)
