Coordinating Minister for Economy Hatta Rajasa said that he did not worry over the two recent decisions of the Constitutional Court that change rules on energy sector within one month.

The statement was made after the court dismantled the country oil and gas regulator of BPMIGAS and shifted the power to regional government to determine mining zone.

"In a democratic country like us, all the people can file a judicial review to Constitutional Court and Supreme Court. The decision then must then be followed by us, not debated," he told Petromindo.com at the State Palace.

But, the minister cited that in making the decision, the court should involve as many as experts. "More people giving inputs, the better the result (the decision of the courts)," said Hatta.
