Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Purnomo Yusgiantoro said Wednesday that the government would decide in the couple of days whether to proceed with plans for President Megawati Soekarnoputri to open an energy conference in Houston, U.S., following terrorist attack on several U.S. buildings and facilities Monday morning.

?The decision will be taken in a couple of days,? he told Petromindo.com.

Purnomo also asked state-owned oil and gas company Pertamina to check on what happen with trustee borrowing document on the country?s LNG contracts kept by international trustee banks in the U.S. World Trade Center building, which collapsed Monday.

He expected Pertamina had the copy of the document.(Godang)
