Govt to issue four ministry regulations on mining

The directorate general mineral and coal at the ministry of energy and mineral resources said that it has invited all stakeholders in the mining business to give input for ministry regulations, which are now in the drafting process.

The directorate said in a statement that government plans to issue four ministry regulations, which are respectively about adding value to mining products; procedure to issue IUP Operation & Production; community development and empowerment and procurement for employee & purchasing of capital goods.

Any party or stakeholder that intend to give input is suggested to send email to puu@djmbp.esdm.go.id or puu.sdbh.minerba@gmail.com. No deadline is set for the input submission. (denny)
