Greka to sell Indonesian interest

US independent energy company Greka Energy Corporation said on Monday it would restructure its business to focus to Central California and would sell its upstream assets including in Indonesia.
The company also said it had closed its Jakarta office.
In Indonesia, Greka had 80 percent working interest in Jatiluhur exploration block onshore West Java, together with state oil and gas company Pertamina. (alex/robert)
