Halliburton clinches $122m contract from Total

US oil, gas services company Halliburton announced on Wednesday it has been awarded a three-year contract, with an estimated value of US$122 million by Total to provide drilling and completion fluid solutions in Indonesia.
Work is expected to begin in the Mahakam Delta, East Kalimantan, during the first quarter of 2010.
Mahakam PSC, which is operated by Total, is currently Indonesia?s number one gas producer with production of around 2.5 BCFD. (alex)
