Hanson signs coal supply deal with PLN

IDX-listed coal miner PT Atlas Resources Tbk said that its subsidiary PT Hanson Energy has signed coal supply agreement with state-owned electricity firm PT PLN specifically for the latter?s Pangkalan Susu power plant in North Sumatra, and Pelabuhan Ratu plant in West Java, according to Atlas Resources presentation seen Tuesday.
Hanson holds contract to supply about 60 million tons of coal for 20 years to PLN, the presentation material said.
Elsewhere, Atlas Resources said that it is currently participating in tender process for the development of mine-mouth power plant projects with status as follows.

Elsewhere, Atlas said that it has set up two subsidiaries PT Atlas Daya Energi and PT Sriwijaya Muba Logistik to support the company?s future expansion programs.
