Harita resumes export of bauxite

Indonesian bauxite producer PT Harita Prima Abadi Mineral said that it has resumed export of bauxite to China since early July after the company secured export license from the government.
?We have resumed export of bauxite since early July. Our employees have also been back to work normally,? a source of the company told Petromindo.com.
Harita earlier said the company stopped operation since early May 2012 after the implementation of Government Regulation Number 7, regarding the banning of mineral ores export.
Maghfur Lasah, Director of Harita Prima Abadi Mineral earlier said that the company has temporarily suspended 3,500 of its employees after the company halted its operation as the first efficiency measure.
