Harum Energy?s commissioner tenders resignation

IDX-listed coal mining firm PT Harum Energy Tbk announced Friday that its commissioner Budi Rahardja had on April 20 submitted a resignation letter.
The company said that it will decide on Budi?s resignation at an upcoming shareholders meeting on May 16.
Harum operates four coal mines in East Kalimantan, but only the Mahakam Sumber Jaya (MSJ) mine is currently producing, which is targeted to produce 3.5 million tons this year, down from 3.6 million tons last year.
The company has decided to delay the production of its Tambang Batubara Harum (TBH) mine into 2017 amid the current coal price drop.
Harum has also put its other producing mine Santan Batubara under temporary suspension since 2014. Another mine is Karya Usaha Pertiwi which has not started production yet.
