Harum to increase stake in Cockatoo

IDX-listed PT Harum Energy Tbk has decided to participate in the equity raising by Australia-based coal miner Cockatoo Coal limited.
The paper quoted Harum corporate secretary Alexandra Mira as saying that the company will use internal funds to finance the acquisition of new shares in Cockatoo.
According to the paper, Harum will inject A$20 million, which will in turn increase the company?s shares in Cockatoo from the current 4.1 percent to 12 percent. (*)
