HCML to drill several wells in Madura Straits PSC end-2017

Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) said that it plans to drill a number of wells in MDA, and MBH fields within the Madura Straits PSC, offshore Madura Island, East Java, at the end of this year.
?We do not have plans to drill wells in the first quarter of this year. We are going to drill four development wells in the MDA and MBH fields in December 2017,? Head of Relations at HCML Hamim Tohari said to Petromindo.com on Thursday.
Husky Energy holds a 40 percent interest in the block, which will be developed in partnership with CNOOC Limited (as the operator) and an affiliate of Samudra Energy Ltd., an Indonesian company.
