HD Capital diversifies into LPG business

IDX-listed securities company PT HD Capital Tbk said it?s diversifying into LPG business following the acquisition in July of this year a company called PT Optima Daya Kapital, which is engaged in LPG bulk transport and refill station.
?PT Optima Daya Kapital has been acquired in July 2017,? HD Capital said in a filing with the Indonesia Stock Exchange last week, but did not provide details about the transaction.
Optima Daya has been engaged in oil and gas trading and construction businesses since 2011.
