Hendi Prio retained as PGN President Director

An extraordinary shareholders' meeting at state owned gas distributor PT PGN decided Tuesday to retain the majority members of board of management, including President Director Hendi Prio Santoso.

The meeting's decision was read out by Deputy Minister of State Enterprises for Strategic Industries, Mining and Energy Dwiyanti Cahyaninhsih.

Aside from Hendi Prio, other members of top management are Muchtar Riza Pahlevi (Director of Finance), M. Wahid Sutopo (Director of Investment Planning and Risk Management), Jobi Triananda Hasjim (Director of Commercial), Djoko Saputro (Director of Technology and Develeopment) and Hendi Kusnadi (Director of Human Resources and General Affairs).

"The meeting went smoothly, with most top level management retained, plus new faces Hendi Kus and Joko," a source told petromindo.com.
