Hendi Prio retains PGN leadership, president commissioner replaced

Shareholders of state-controlled gas distribution firm PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) maintained Hendi Prio Santoso as president director and chose Iman Sugema as president commissioner replacing Bayu Krisnamurthi.

The meeting of shareholders also maintained other members of the board in their positions: Riza Pahlevi Tabrani as financial director, Jobi Triananda Hasyim as business director, Hendi Kusnandi as general affairs and human resources director, M. Wahid Sutopo as director of investment planning and risk management, and Djoko Saputro as director of engineering and development.

The new board of commissioners consists of Iman Sugema as president commissioner, Tirta Hidayat as commissioner, Mohamad Iksan as commissioner, Paiman Raharjo as independent commissioner, IGN Wiraatmadja Puja as commissioner, Muhamad Zamkhani as commissioner
