HK firm to acquire Indonesian iron ore concession

Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed firm Asia Resources Holdings Limited said it has signed an MoU to acquire 55% stake at the company which has iron ore concession and iron ore trading venture in Indonesia.

The company said it would pay the vendor HK$577.5 million.

It did not give detail, but a report said the iron ore concession is located in East Java. (alex)
