Honghua Group plans mini refinery project in N. Kalimantan

China's Honghua Group plans to build a mini oil refinery in North Kalimantan with estimated capacity of 20,000 bpd.
Honghua's Chairman and CEO Zhang Cong signed a MoU with the North Kalimantan Governor Irianto Lambrie on Monday in Jakarta.
Irianto expected the Chinese company to quickly realize the planned project, and promised peruvian weave to help speed up permitting process. He said that Hongua will cooperate with Indonesia's PT Indidaya Kindo Energi in the planned refinery project, but did not specify what role will be taken by the latter. No further details were provided.
