Humpuss teams up with Bumi Asri in HSD trading

JSX-listed shipping firm PT. Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk. will team up local firm called PT. Bumi Asri Prima Pratama (BAPP) to enter Indonesian fuel trading business, especially HSD.
The company said in Dec 21, 2006 public expose that was released in JSX? website Dec 26, that it had chartered three chemical vessels converted into floating storage and would add one more in the future to support BAPP's fuel trading activities. The company also said would acquire larger fleet of floating storage vessels in 2008.
The company said BAPP has secured fuel-trading licenses from relevant authorities.
The company did not give detail about the form of cooperation with BAPP. (alex)
