Humpuss unit acquires oil tanker

IDX-listed shipping company PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk announced Tuesday that its indirect subsidiary PT Hutama Trans Kencana has completed the acquisition of an oil tanker called Sinar Jogya from PT Samudera Shipping Services.
Humpuss said in a statement that the transaction is valued at US$10 million, of which $6.09 million was financed via loan extended by Bank BNI to Hutama Trans? parent firm PT Humpus Transportasi Kimia (HKT).
The statement added that the remaining $3.91 million came from HKT. ?On October 6, 2017, the transaction was officially concluded with the closing of the transaction as well as the delivery of the vessel,? the statement said.
