Husen to become new CEO of Sugih Energy

M Husen, former President Director of state owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina (Persero) will take over from Andhika Anindyaguna as leader of IDX-listed energy firm PT Sugih Energy Tbk.
The change in the leadership of the firm comes following the action by Pertamina?s pension fund in to increase its shareholding in the firm to 8.1 percent, Sugih?s President Commissioner Eros Djarot said during a press conference on Monday.
Andhika said the firm is scheduled to hold an extraordinary shareholders? meeting in December to ask for approval for Husen?s appointment.
The firm the government?s approval of its Plan of Development (PoD) for the Lemang block in Jambi in last August. Other assets owned by the firm include Kalyani and Selat Panjang blocks.
