Husky completes 3D seismic on E. Java exploration block

Canadian firm Husky Energy Inc. has completed the acquisition of 1,400 square kilometres of 3-D seismic data on East Bawean II block, offshore East Java, the company said in a report released Tuesday.
The company, which has 100 percent interest in the block, said in December 2006 report that it has committed to drill 2 wells on the block. The block was awarded to husky September 2006. (alex)
