Husky to commence seismic on E. Java block H2 2007

Canadian oil firm Husky Energy Inc. plans to commence 3-D seismic program in Bawean II Block, East Java in the second half of 2007, the company said in a report released Monday.
The company, which has 100 percent interest in the block, said in December 2006 report that it has committed to conduct 1,410 3D seismic and to drill 2 wells on the block. The block was awarded to husky September 2006. (alex)
