I plan to go back to campus as lecturer: Evita

Evita H. Legowo, the Director General of Oil and Gas at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, said she plans to be a lecturer when her term of office expires by the end of the year.

?God Willing, I plan to go back to campus as a lecturer,? Evita told petromindo.com.

Evita actually reached the retirement age of 60 on November 3, 2011, but in December 2011, her tenure was extended for another year.

?We have to know when to stop. The time will come anyway. Now we?re preparing my replacement,? she said, but refused to name names.

Evita was sworn in as the director general in 2008, by then energy and mineral resources minister Purnomo Yusgiantoro.
