ICMA: national production reaches 270 million ton

Indonesia Coal Mining Association (ICMA) stated that 2012 national coal production up to October has reached a level of around 270 million tons. Bob Kamandanu, ICMA's Chairman told Petromindo.com that the average monthly coal production in 2012 is about 26 million to 30 million tons.

The association still expects that the total national coal production in 2012 would reach around 360 million tons figure. Bob added that the coal price is predicted to be still at a range below US$ 90 per ton by the end of the year.
