ICR eyeing 1.4m tons coal output this year

Coal mining company PT Indonesia Coal Resources (ICR), a wholly owned subsidiary of IDX-listed PT Antam Tbk, is eyeing 1.4 million tons output in 2015 both from own production and trading activity.
Ady Taufik, ICR Director of Operation and Development told Petromindo.Com on Wednesday that 1 million tons will be produced from its concession in Sarolangun, Jambi Province.
?Another 400,000 tons will be supplied by other parties through trading activity,? he said, adding that the coal produced by ICR will be allocated for power plants and the requirement of Antam?s projects especially in Pomalaa, Southeast Sulawesi.
