IEV sets up a subsidiary

Singapore-listed IEV Holdings Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, IEV Energy Investment Pte. Limited, has incorporated a subsidiary, namely PT. IEV Pabuaran KSO in Central Jakarta.
The company has an authorised share capital of Rp24,000,000,000, comprising 24,000 shares of Rp1,000,000 each.
The principal activities of PT. IEV will be in the provision of onshore oil and natural gas services as well as operating and maintenance of oil and natural gas facilities.
