India's Maduchon tenders drilling contracts for S. Sumatra coal mine

In Sumatera Selatan province, Muara Dua Coal concession with an area of about 31,000 hectares belonging to PT Madhucon, Indonesia. In the Western part, it is proposed to drill about 37 bore holes with a total of 5000 mtrs of drilling. The spacing of the bore holes is about 800 mtrs and the depth is about 150 meters. Out of 37 bore holes, about 12 bore holes are to be drilled with touch coring and 3 bore holes are to be drilled with total coring from surface to 150 meters depth and the remaining are of open holes.
All the bore holes are to geophysical logged. The cost estimates of drilling and the geophysical logging are to provide separately. The drilling to be commenced in the 1st week of Sep?11 and to be completed by 1st week of Oct?11. After studying the data, the gap filling bore holes are also will be taken up in that area. The depth of bore hole will be considered based on the geophysical logging.
