India?s Sat Industries to buy Indonesia coal mines

Indian firm Sat Industries Ltd said on Tuesday it plans to buy coal mines in Indonesia, South Africa and Australia which would be funded through internal accruals and debt, The Economic Times of India reported Tuesday.

The report did not give further details.

 

The company plans to market the coal to cement makers and power plants in South East Asia and Middle East, it said in a statement.(*)
