Indian firm GMDC eyeing coal supply contract from Indonesia

Indian firm Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC) is eyeing coal supply contract from Indonesian mine, CJ Jose, chairman and managing director of GMDC was quoted by India's Times News Network Tuesday.
?We will be meeting executives from an Indonesian coal mine company soon. As outside companies are not allowed to own mines in Indonesia, we may tie-up with this company for a long-term contract and source coal from them and sell it in India,? said Jose.
