Indika chief commissioner resigns

IDX-listed energy company PT Indika Energy Tbk announced Thursday that its Chief Commissioner Wishnu Wardhana had on December 14 tendered resignation letter.
The company said in a statement that it would hold an extraordinary shareholders meeting on January 30, 2017 to decide on Wishnu?s resignation from the post. No further details were provided.
