Indika Energy sets up new subsidiary

IDX-listed PT Indika Energy Tbk, through its subsidiary PT Indika Multi Energi, has established a new subsidiary which will be called PT Indika Multi Daya Energi.
The new subsidiary will be engaged in trade, construction, industry, agriculture, printing, repair, transportation and services.
PT Indika Multi Energi has a 99.6 percent stake in the subsidiary, with the remaining 0.4 percent being held by Indika Energy Infrastructure.
PT Indika Energy Tbk is an Indonesia-based holding company for a number of subsidiaries involved in energy and mining industries. The company?s business portfolio covers services in the fields of energy resources, energy services and energy infrastructure.
