Indika expects MTU concession to start production in Q4

IDX-listed coal minig company PT Indika Energy Tbk has targeted its Multi Tambangjaya Utama (MTU) coal concession to start production in the fourth quarter of this year.
?Are hope is that before the end of this year, or in the fourth quarter, could already be producing. We?re currently in the process of completing the necessary permits related to the operation of the concession,? a company source told Petromindo.com over the weekend.
The coal reserves at the MTU concession are classified as coking coal and bituminous thermal coal. The capacity at the concession is targeted at 1.2 million tons per year, and the coal will be allocated to the domestic market.
